Asafoetida is something I use in almost every recipe - my sambar, rasam, mor kuzhambu, kara kuzhambu, and upma. Just a small pinch gives such a rich aroma and elevates the entire dish. And more than taste, it is so good for health and digestion. That is why trust is very important. Whether we are women or men who cook, we are responsible for our family's well-being.
